Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool, Liverpool

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a beautiful view over The Mersey, with a huge bed, but the air conditioning struggled at its lowest setting. The service was a bit inconsistent, with a blend of fantastic customer care and some issues with staff behavior. The location was convenient, just outside the main center, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were suitable for vegans and included some thoughtful touches like soya milk for cereal. The facilities were decent, providing what I needed during my stay.

The hotel had wonderful views over the Mersey but a terrible view of the vent system even with the air con on full on the upper floors. The service seemed to have little control despite their efforts, especially the receptionists who resolved the issue and apologized for the 'Miscommunication'. The location was within easy walking distance from the center, but to walk down to the city center was not ideal as they were due to replace the system soon. The dining experience served beautifully cooked food and decent eggs. The facilities were satisfying with some minor issues.
